Chemical Storage and Security

All chemicals must be:

• Stored in a secure cleaners’ room or locked cabinet

• Labelled correctly (manufacturer label)

• Kept upright and sealed

• Never mixed or decanted unless authorised

Do not:

• Leave chemical bottles unlabelled

• Use food/drink containers to store chemicals

• Store incompatible chemicals together (e.g. bleach and acids)
