Hazard and Risk Management

We use a formal hazard identification and risk assessment process:

• Identify hazards (e.g. spills, chemicals, faulty equipment)

• Assess risk (likelihood + consequence)

• Control risk using the hierarchy of control:

  1. Eliminate

  2. Substitute

  3. Isolate

  4. Engineer

  5. Admin

  6. PPE

Risk assessments are documented and reviewed regularly.
