10 XPAll Cleaners, Supervisors, and Managers must have a Retail Contractor Safety Induction Card.
This involves completing an online induction course available on the Retail Client Site website.
As a rule, a visitor performing work at a Retail Client Site must carry a Safe Work Method Statement.
Due to the frequency of our attendance to perform work, a copy of all Safe Work Method Statements in relation to a Retail Client Site is located in the ASC247 Retail Client Site On-Site Cleaning Manual, located in the cleaner’s room.
All persons performing cleaning tasks must familiarise themselves with the ASC247 Safe Work Method Statements.
All Cleaners, Supervisors, and Managers must sign into the visitor’s book when entering a Retail Client Site and must sign out when leaving the site at the end of the shift.
All individuals must sign in and out themselves and are not to rely on any other person to complete this task.
All Cleaners must wear the approved ASC247 uniform, which consists of:
-
An ASC247 blue shirt
-
Black trousers
-
Non-slip, fully enclosed footwear
At no stage are sandals or thongs permitted to be worn.
Your ASC247 Regional Manager will organise shirts for all cleaners.
